When will my package be shipped?
All in-stock orders are shipped from our fulfillment center within three business days when you choose US Priority Shipping. When you choose Express Shipping (U.S. only) or Global Express Guaranteed Shipping, orders placed by 12 p.m. Noon, Eastern on a business day will be shipped the same day; otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day. Should unforeseen circumstances cause a delay in shipping your package, you will be notified immediately.

When will my Priority or Express shipment be delivered?
Priority Shipping orders, shipped to addresses within the United States and its territories, are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should be received within three business days of shipment. For Express Shipping, within the United States and its territories, delivery time is guaranteed to be two days or less from date of shipment. By choosing USPS Express Mail you will be notified by email with a specific delivery date and time.

For Global Express Guaranteed Shipping (GXG), delivery dates and times are guaranteed to be three business days or less. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws.

Upon shipment of your order, we will send you an email with your ship date and delivery confirmation number (if applicable), as well as an attached sales receipt.
