What if I make a purchase with a browser that doesn't support security?
You can't. Because we don't want you ever to have to worry about ordering from our site without a secure connection, we've designed our system so that it will process orders only with browsers that support secure mode. Please note that the latest versions of Netscape's and Microsoft's browsers have security features, and both are free for downloading. Visit either company's Web site for details.

What is a CVV code and why is it required?
CVV code stands for Card Verification Value Code. The CVV code is a security feature for "card not present" transactions (e.g., Internet transactions), and now appears on most (but not all) major credit and debit cards. This new feature is a three- or four-digit code which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. Therefore, the CVV code is not part of the card number itself.

The CVV code helps verify that the customer placing the order actually possesses the credit/debit card and that the card account is legitimate in order to protect you against fraudulent purchases on your account. Each credit card company has its own name for the CVV code, but it functions the same for all major card types (VISA refers to the code as CVV2, MasterCard calls it CVC2, and American Express calls it CID). For help finding your CVV code, refer to the picture below.

What are my payment options?



When ordering online at aboutcurves.com, you may pay for your purchases with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Paypal.

To pay by cashier's check, money order, or personal check, just follow these two easy steps:


1) Email your order (including the name, product code, and size for each item you would like to order) to customercare@aboutcurves.com. Also include your shipping address. Once we receive your order and verify that all items are in stock, we will email you a total for your items and any applicable tax and shipping (usually within two business days).

2) Send a money order, cashier's check, or personal check to:

Be sure to include your first and last name with your payment. Once we receive and process your payment, your order will be shipped within three business days if you have paid with a money order or cashier's check. If you have paid with a personal check, your order will held until your payment has cleared (approximately ten days).

Why are there two charges for the same amount on my debit card account?
Some banks place a "hold" on your account when you attempt to purchase with a debit card. If you started the payment process, then clicked your browser’s “Back” button, then proceeded through the complete payment process, your bank will have placed two “holds” on your account. However, since you only completed checkout once, there will be only one actual charge. Your bank will normally release the additional “hold” within 48 hours. We have no control over these transactions. Please contact your bank if you experience this problem.

Why was my credit card declined?
If your credit card is declined, our shopping cart will let you know immediately. Once you click submit, the authorization is sent to Authorize.Net, one of the world's largest and most secure real-time credit card processors. If it is approved, you will get an order number and a receipt. If it is declined, you will get a message letting you know so you can try again or contact your credit card company.


Your credit card may be denied for one or more of the following reasons:


  • Over your spending limit
  • Wrong card number entered
  • Name on card not correct
  • Billing Address does not match exactly what your credit card company has on file
  • Internet charges are not authorized for your credit card account
  • Your new credit card has not been activated
  • Blocked for possible fraud
  • Other: Call your bank or credit card company. They will have a record of the decline and the reason

We do not know the reason for the decline since the credit card company does not tell us. At least 60% of the declines are caused by customers entering the wrong expiration date or name on card. Try the order again on our site if you know the card is good.


The information sent to us will be sent to the credit card reporting agency as we are lawfully required to do, to protect you in case this is a fraudulent transaction. This is for your safety and nothing will happen if this was just a normal decline. We do report fraud for prosecution EVERY time.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and its territories, as well as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Germany, Finland, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. If you are outside of these countries, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

When and how will my order be shipped?
All in-stock orders are shipped from our fulfillment center within three business days when you choose US Priority Mail Shipping. When you choose Express Shipping (U.S. only), orders placed by 12 p.m. Eastern on a business day will be shipped the same day; otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day. When you choose Global Express Guaranteed Shipping, orders placed by 12 p.m. Eastern on a business day will be shipped the same day; otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day. Should unforeseen circumstances cause a delay in shipping your package, you will be notified immediately.


For Priority Shipping, orders shipped to addresses within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Online Tracking and should be received within three business days of shipment.

Express Shipping orders, shipped to addresses within the United States or its territories, are shipped via USPS Express Mail, with delivery dates and times guaranteed, have Online Tracking, and should be received within two business days of shipment.

For Global Express Guaranteed Shipping, delivery dates and times are guaranteed to be three business days or less and can be tracked online. However, all items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via Global Express Guaranteed service, they will be collected from the recipient prior to, or upon, delivery. Please note that Global Express Guaranteed shipments are limited to only two items by the United States Postal Service.

When you choose Express Shipping (U.S. only), orders placed by 12 p.m. Eastern on a business day will be shipped the same day and be delivered in 1-2 days. Delivery times are subject to the discretion of the United States Postal Service and are based on estimated delivery commitments at that time. We, therefore, cannot guarantee overnight delivery.

When you complete the online checkout process, you will see an invoice that you can print for your records.

What will be included in my package?
Your tissue wrapped purchases are wrapped in plastic to protect them from the elements should the mailing box get damp or wet. Included is a packing slip with the list of items that you purchased, but without prices, a note from a member of our Customer Care Team and a note on how to care for your lingerie.

No catalogs or offers from other companies are ever included in your package.

How do I check the status of my order?
If you would like to find out the status of an order before it has shipped, please call us toll-free at 1-877-CURVY ME (1-877-287-8963).

Once your order is shipped by either Priority or Express Shipping, you can use the Delivery Confirmation Number we email to you to track it by logging on to www.usps.com.

Packages sent to International addresses are sent by Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) and can be tracked by logging on to www.usps.com.

How do I cancel an order?
Please review your order confirmation invoice carefully. If you notice an error, your order can be cancelled or revised within the first 30 minutes of placing the order. After the 30-minute period is over, we will begin processing your order and it can no longer be cancelled.

My order never arrived – what do I do?
You will be notified via email when your package ships and you will receive a Delivery Confirmation Number for Priority or Express Mail shipments at that time, as well as an estimation of when you can expect your package. We do not require signature confirmation for any shipment, so no one needs to be available to receive your package.

According to the United States Postal Service website, www.usps.com, they cannot be responsible for delays caused by your local post office or for Customs delays on Global Express Guaranteed shipments.

The United States Postal Service does not guarantee delivery times for Military Mail.

If you have not received your package within the estimated time, please check the status of your shipment at usps.com and/or check with your local post office. About Curves is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or postal service delays or errors.

RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?
Everything you order from AboutCurves.com will be shipped directly from our fulfillment center. We take special care to be sure that every item is in excellent condition and that we are shipping the correct item, size, and color. Although we work very hard to make sure your order is perfect, we do occasionally make a mistake. When you receive your order, please take a moment to check your item for proper size, color, and quality. If we have made an error with your order, please contact us within 21 days of your order ship date to exchange your item. Of course, we will reimburse your return shipping charges for USPS Priority Mail or USPS Air Mail.

If you received the correct item(s), but are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any items for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the terms below:

  • Exchanges-If you would like to exchange your merchandise please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). About Curves is not responsible for return shipping charges and cannot be responsible for packages sent without Delivery Confirmation. We will ship your first exchange FREE within the United States and U.S. Territories.
  • RETURNS ON ORDERS WITH "FREE SHIPPING" WILL BE CHARGED $7.99 IF THE REFUND BRINGS THE MERCHANDISE ORDER TOTAL BELOW $75.00.
  • Items purchased “On Sale” can be returned for store credit only.
  • State law prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to this law and will not receive any worn items.
  • Due to health regulations we cannot accept any returns for Panties, Teddies, Teddiettes, Shoes, Hosiery-including Body Stockings, Garter Belts, or any Body Products (i.e. lotions, gels, oils, Body Butter or Love Dust.)
  • Lingerie sets that include a panty, thong, or G-string will be shipped to you with the panty attached to the main garment. Once this panty is removed, the set is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
  • This is all good news for you, because it means that when you purchase one of our products,you can feel secure that it has not been worn, or even tried on, by someone else. Your health and safety are our number one priority.
  • Feather products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped. A service charge of $10.00 minimum will be assessed for each piece of lingerie eligible for return or exchange, that is not returned with care.
  • About Curves is not responsible for return shipping charges and cannot be responsible for packages sent without Delivery Confirmation.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the same manner that it was shipped to you. If you received it in a box, it must be returned to us in a box. We are not responsible for damage to items being returned to us.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for EVERY return. Within 21 days of your order ship date, contact us and we will email you with your RMA# and return instructions. We can only accept items for return that you stated in your request for an RMA#. We will not be able to process any extra items for return unless you have received prior approval.
